Capcom releases video guide for Mai Shiranui character in Street Fighter 6
Mai Shiranui will be joining Street Fighter 6 on 5 February, , so Capcom has released a video guide to help players learn her mechanics. The video demonstrates her agile playstyle, tricky projectiles and strategic moves.
Here's What We Know
Mai is a fast fighter who has excellent control over space with her signature attack, the Kachousen, a throwing paper fan. Players can use it to pressure opponents and close the gap with Drive Rush. Holding down the button allows for multiple hits, while the Overdrive version skips the reload.
Other key moves include Hissatsu Shinobu Bachi for chasing enemies, Hishou Ryuuenjin as an anti-air attack, and Musasabi no Mai, a dive attack that can transition into another move in its OD version.
With the arrival of Mai, there is only one DLC character left to play for the Year 2 character pass - Elena from Street Fighter 3: New Generation, which is scheduled to launch this spring.
