Remember this tweet: an insider has hinted at a date for Sony's much-anticipated State of Play show

Reputable insider NateTheHate, who got the Nintendo Switch 2 launch date right, has provided an answer to the question of when Sony will hold a new State of Play release.
Here's What We Know
Twitter/ X users asked NateTheHate if we should expect State of Play in February, to which the insider replied in the affirmative. After a follower asked for a specific date, the insider replied, "What does your heart tell you?".

We don't know what a certain X user's heart was telling us, but it's pretty obvious that NateTheHate is hinting at 14 February - Valentine's Day, symbolised by the heart, especially since it will be Friday - a perfect day for the presentation.
As for the games that will be unveiled, it's highly likely that Sony will reveal release dates for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach and Ghost of Yotei, the sequel to Ghost of Tsushima. We can expect a few high-profile announcements as well, but it's hard to predict what those will be.
