Two well-known skateboarding and rollerblading games by Roll7 - OlliOlli World and Rollerdrome - have recently been removed from Steam without any official explanation. Previously, both games were published under the Private Division label, which belonged to Take-Two Interactive, but was sold to an unknown buyer, probably Haveli Investments, at the end of last year.

Here's What We Know

Currently, both games do not appear in Steam search, and when users try to follow the direct link , they receive a message that "this item is no longer available on the Steam store". Interestingly, the studio's previous projects such as OlliOlli and OlliOlli 2: Welcome to OlliWood are still available.

It is worth noting that both games are still available for purchase on the PlayStation Store and eShop . These pages still list Private Division as the publisher. However, according to updates to the Steam database, the publisher of both games is now listed as 2K, which may indicate a change of ownership or reallocation of licences.

At the time of writing, there have been no official statements from Roll7, Private Division, or Take-Two Interactive regarding the reasons for the removal of the games from Steam. It is possible that this is due to licensing issues after the sale of Private Division or technical problems.

Players who have already purchased these games on Steam should probably not worry, as they usually retain access to their copies in such cases. However, new users are currently unable to purchase these titles.
