The director of the next Mass Effect confirmed that the game is still in pre-production

We wrote that BioWare has reduced its staff to less than 100 employees. And now it is officially known about the state of production of the next Mass Effect.
Here's What We Know
Michael Gamble, who is the director of the next Mass Effect, replied to a fan on Twitter that the team is still in pre-production.
The next Mass Effect was announced back in 2020, but now it becomes clear that the game has been either not worked on or very little all this time, and all efforts have been directed to Dragon Age, so it's scary to even imagine when we will be able to play the next Mass Effect game.
