Despite the criticism: Sniper Elite: Resistance takes the top spot in the UK weekly sales chart

While the Sniper Elite games may not be among the biggest AAA titles, the Rebellion series of stealth shooters has consistently attracted a large following. The latest instalment, Sniper Elite: Resistance, seems to be off to a good start, especially in the UK, where it has demonstrated good physical sales.

According to the latest UK weekly charts, Sniper Elite: Resistance topped the sales rankings, with around 80% of sales coming from PlayStation consoles (according to Push Square).

Sniper Elite was followed by several other well-known titles, including Mario Kart 8 Deluxe at No. 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 at No. 3, Super Mario Party Jamboree at No. 4, and Grand Theft Auto 5 at No. 6. Additionally, the recent release of Donkey Kong Country Returns HD continues to perform well, securing the No. 7 spot.
