Total number of copies of Dragon Ball: Sparkling! ZERO has reached 5 million copies
Recently it became known that Dragon Ball: Sparkling! ZERO has crossed another milestone on its path of success - the total number of copies sold has reached 5 million. It is currently the fastest-selling game in the Bandai Namco franchise, having surpassed 3 million copies in the first 24 hours after its release.
Here's What We Know
As the spiritual successor to the Budokai Tenkaichi series (known as Sparking! in Japan), Sparking! ZERO boasts an extensive roster of characters from Dragon Ball Z, GT, Super, and various films. The game features episodic battles that allow players to relive key events from the perspective of different characters - although some of them, such as Goku, offer deeper content.
Another feature of the game is custom battles, where players can create and share battles online. Since its launch, the game has also been updated with DLC based on Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, which featured characters such as Gohan (Beast), Orange Piccolo, Cell Max, Gamma 1 and Gamma 2, and others.
