An insider has revealed when to expect the Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 and what improvements it will get
According to a new rumour from China, Xiaomi is preparing to release its new foldable smartphone Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 soon and here are the details that have come to light about this smartphone.

According to a Digital Chat Station informant, the device will feature a 5100 mAh battery, which is more than its predecessor with a 4780 mAh battery but less than the previously expected 5600-5700 mAh battery.
The insider also revealed that the Mix Flip 2 will hit the market in the second quarter of 2025, which is between April and June. Previously, it was only reported to launch in the first half of the year, but now the timeline has become more precise.
Digital Chat Station added that the new foldable smartphone will get an IPX8 waterproof rating, 50W wireless charging support, improved folding and a host of customisations aimed at women.
Xiaomi Mix Flip 2 is likely to be the first foldable smartphone with Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The new product is also expected to be thinner than the original Mix Flip and get a dual rear camera with a 50 MP primary sensor with OIS and a 50 MP ultra-wide sensor.
