Over the past few days, users trying to access DeepSeek's artificial intelligence models have experienced significant difficulties. The company has acknowledged the glitches and explained that this is due to the huge load on the servers.

Here's What We Know

As a result, DeepSeek is temporarily restricting access to its artificial intelligence models and users will not be able to top up their API credits. If you've run out of balance, you'll have to wait until the company fixes the situation. However, if you still have balances left, you can use them without any issues. DeepSeek does not specify when they expect to fully restore their services, so users will just have to wait.

This is not the first time the company has experienced server issues. When the service first launched, it faced a series of coordinated DDoS attacks. Such attacks disrupt online services by overwhelming them with huge amounts of traffic. Due to this, DeepSeek temporarily restricted the registration of new users.
