The Avowed development team includes a third of the people who worked on Pillars of Eternity
As Obsidian Entertainment continues to develop its highly anticipated role-playing game Avowed, director Carrie Patel has shared information about the team working on the project.
Here's What We Know
In an interview with MinnMax, Patel said that about a third of the developers who took part in the creation of Pillars of Eternity are now working on Avowed. She also noted that the studio has successfully adapted the world from Pillars of Eternity into a more interactive and exploratory experience. She explained that Pillars of Eternity fans have expressed a desire to see the world they saw in the two games transformed into a huge, immersive space. She assured that this goal has been successfully achieved.
Where To Play
Avowed will be available on Xbox Series and PC consoles.
When We Can Expect It
The game will be released on 18 February, and the first press reviews will appear on 13 February.
