It's time to hunt: the first phase of pre-release testing for Monster Hunter Wilds has begun on all platforms

Capcom has launched the first stage of pre-release beta testing for the ambitious action game Monster Hunter Wilds, which is the most anticipated game on Steam.
Here's What We Know
PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series users can already install the trial version of the game, which will take up 24GB on SSD. Console gamers will not need paid subscriptions to participate in the trial.
The beta will take place in two phases:
- The first will run until the morning of 9 February and will provide access to content predominantly from the autumn test, but with some changes and additions;
- the second phase will run from 13 to 16 February.

Participants in the autumn test can transfer a character created there into the new beta, and everyone who attends the event will receive in-game bonuses at the Monster Hunter Wilds release.
Note, Capcom recently Capcom has lowered the system requirements of Monster Hunter Wilds and released a special benchmark on Steam Monster Hunter Wilds.
When We Can Expect It
Monster Hunter Wilds will release on 28 February 2025 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
