The Oppo Find X8 Ultra could get an action button like the iPhone 16 instead of a notification slider

According to the latest rumours, Oppo is planning to replace the signature notification slider in the upcoming Find X8 Ultra smartphone with an action button similar to the one used in the latest iPhone models.
Here's What We Know
Itis claimed that this button will allow users to customise it to perform different functions, which will add flexibility to the device. The notification slider was previously introduced in the Find N3 Flip and Find N3 models, as well as the Find X8 and X8 Pro. However, according to a leak from a well-known Digital Chat Station insider, the Find X8 Ultra will feature an action button specifically.
The insider also revealed that the Find X8 Ultra will get a flat display and will be launched in March.
Earlier, it was reported that this smartphone will feature a 50 MP IMX882 sensor with 6x periscopic zoom and a 3x periscope with 50 MP IMX906 sensor. In addition to this, the main camera module will include a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle IMX882 sensor and a 1-inch LYT-900 main sensor. It is likely that Oppo will continue to collaborate with Hasselblad for camera customisation.
Apart from this, the Find X8 Ultra could be equipped with a 6,000mAh battery with 100W fast charging support and Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Additional features may include an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and IP68/69 dust and water protection.
