New images of the Oppo Find N5 have revealed that its main screen has no visible crease

New published images of the upcoming Oppo Find N5 foldable smartphone have surfaced online, confirming the company's ambitious claims that this foldable smartphone will have no visible screen crease.
Here's What We Know
Oppo, which unveiled the Find N3 in 2023, took a year-long break to perfect its foldable technology. The results of those efforts became evident with the Find N5. Leaked photos that surfaced on Chinese social networking site Weibo show the Find N5's internal display without folds, confirming the company's claims. This achievement is particularly impressive considering that creases are usually most noticeable when the display is off. If Oppo has indeed managed to create a foldable device without creases, it will be a significant breakthrough in the industry.

According to leaks, the device will be the world's first foldable smartphone with IPX6, IPX8 and IPX9 water resistance, the thinnest in its category and powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. The Find N5 is expected to feature a large 8-inch 1.5K LTPO display, a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a 50 MP periscopic telephoto camera too.
The device should also support 80W and 50W wired and wireless fast charging respectively, reverse charging, NFC and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Oppo said that the Find N5 will launch simultaneously in China and global markets, with an official debut expected within the next fortnight.
