With just over a week to go until Avowed's release, more and more information about the game will be released online. The game's director, Carrie Patel, previously revealed that the game will run "up to 60 FPS" on Xbox Series X, and we've recently received a little more detail on the game's performance on consoles.

Here's What We Know

In an interview with Last Stand Media, Patel said that the game will have three different performance modes: "Performance" for those who prefer a higher frame rate; "Quality" for those who prefer a higher resolution; and "Balanced", a "middle ground" between the two for those with 90Hz displays.

She didn't provide specific details on each mode, or whether all three will be available on the Xbox Series S. According to rumours, the Xbox Series X will be able to get 60, 40, and 30 FPS, while the Series S will only get 40 and 30.

Where To Play

Upon release, Avowed will be available on Xbox Series and PC.

When We Can Expect It

The game is scheduled for release on the 18th of February, and the first reviews will appear after tomorrow, the 13th of February.
