Here's What We Know
The first major update to the Chronicle will introduce a new way to document ghosts: researchers will be able to take photos and videos of paranormal activity, and will be rewarded based on the value of their evidence. The second update will focus on player characters: improved animation, new character models, and expanded customisation options, but this update will be released next year.
As for the new maps, a new small-scale map is being developed that can be compared to the existing houses in the game. In addition, the Bleasdale Farmhouse, Grafton Farmhouse, and 6 Tanglewood Drive maps will receive an artistic overhaul with updated resources and improved visuals.
Seasonal events will also return: "Easter, Halloween, and Winter Holidays with unique challenges, such as investigating the Blood Moon cult and facing off against Krampus.
