Nintendo may still hold a "small" Direct in February, rumours suggest

Nintendo may be preparing for a new meeting that will focus on third-party releases for the Switch console. Jeff Grubb recently mentioned on his Game Mess podcast that the Nintendo Direct is expected to take place sometime in February.
Here's What We Know
This live stream will most likely be dedicated to the original Switch console, given that a larger live stream is already planned for the Switch 2, which will take place on 2 April. Grubb shared that a reliable source confirmed the February event, although details were scarce.
He noted that this upcoming livestream probably won't be a big deal for fans of Nintendo's top-notch games. It is expected to be a smaller presentation, possibly with a focus on third-party or indie games. Grubb suggested that it could be a "mini-Direct" or partner showcase. While he acknowledged the uncertainty surrounding the Switch 2's upcoming launch, he believes something is likely to happen in February.
