Blackmagic Camera 2.0 for Android: Multi-camera recording and Galaxy S25 support now available

The Blackmagic Camera app has been updated to version 2.0, bringing new features to Android users that were previously only available on iOS.
Here's What We Know
One of the most important changes is support for multi-camera live recording.
With the new feature, users can connect up to 9 devices via Wi-Fi or wired networks and control them from one device. Blackmagic Camera lets you adjust focus, zoom, frame rate, white balance, and shutter angle. These settings can be applied to all devices simultaneously or individually.
In addition, version 2.0 adds support for high frame rate recording at 120 and 240fps on compatible Sony Xperia smartphones, which allows for even smoother video.

The list of changes also includes expanded device support, which includes mostly tablets, but also the new Galaxy S25 models, which also received support.
Users can capture events from multiple cameras without additional hardware, just using an Android phone or tablet. In addition, thanks to Blackmagic Cloud, videos can be shared instantly with editors around the world, even while recording.
The system supports direct saving of media files to the Blackmagic Cloud, enabling instant transfer of footage to DaVinci Resolve for processing.
With updated features such as auto focus, lens correction, 16:9 and vertical shooting modes, Blackmagic Camera gives professionals everything they need to capture high-quality footage without complicated setup. The app also includes professional audio options and tools for monitoring exposure and focus.
Blackmagic Camera for Android 2.0 is available now as a free download from Google Play.
