What we know.
The video puts a strong emphasis on investigation, encouraging players to uncover the game's mysteries by searching, scavenging and collecting hidden secrets. It also showcases the various enemy factions that will pose a threat throughout the game. Survival remains the focus, requiring players to stealthily avoid dangerous encounters and gather enough resources to survive.
Lead designer Ben Fisher recently spoke about the game's development process, explaining that Atomfall went through several iterations before the team settled on a satisfactory design. He noted that pre-development plans often fail to translate directly into reality, which required the studio to take a multi-level approach, gradually improving the game. Fisher also acknowledged the stress of facing unforeseen challenges, noting that game development often requires significant adjustments to initial ideas.
Where To Play
After the release, Atomfall will be available on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.
