It's official: Diablo IV will get another storyline expansion - the franchise head has revealed when it will happen
Blizzard representatives have repeatedly stated that Diablo IV will get more than one story add-on, but so far only Vessel of Hatred was released in October 2024 and, by the way, received excellent reviews.
Finally, it became known when gamers should expect the second major content expansion.
Here's What We Know
The head of the Diablo franchise Rod Fergusson took part in the DICE Professional Gaming Expo, which is taking place in Las Vegas these days, where he stated that Diablo IV will indeed get a second major expansion and it will happen in 2026.
Of course, he didn't specify the title or the innovations the developers will offer, but we now know for sure that Diablo IV will be the first game in the series to release more than one addon.
