Ubisoft has high hopes for Assassin's Creed Shadows, especially after the lukewarm reception of Star Wars Outlaws. Despite numerous delays and some controversy, the number of pre-orders for the game is "growing steadily", according to the company's financial report for fiscal year 2025.
