New Zealand studio Grinding Gear Games has revealed important details of the large-scale event Legacy of Phrecia, which will start next week in the popular isometric action-RPG Path of Exile - we are talking about the first part.

Here's What We Know

Legacy of Phrecia will launch on 20 February at 21:00 CET on all platforms.

The developers note that many elements will be experimental and consist of ideas they previously abandoned for various reasons.

The main innovation of the event will be the complete replacement of all 19 Ascendancy classes with new ones. Thus, players will be able to turn their characters into Servant of Arakaali and summon spiders or as Daughter of Oshabi to command the forces of nature. There will be an interesting subclass called Harbinger, who can control the boundaries of reality.

It is noted that during Legacy of Phrecia players will be able to freely switch between classes and try different builds. The developers will also replace Atlas' Passive Skill Tree with a brand new system.

Grinding Gear Games has released a Legacy of Phrecia trailer, and the Path of Exile website has more details.

The event will end on 23 March at 21:00 (CET).
