System Shock 2 remaster has a new title and will be released on more platforms

Developers from Nightdive Studios, who released an excellent remake of the original System Shock in 2023, shared important information about the updated version of the second part of the cult series.

Here's What We Know

Nightdive Studios announced that the remaster got a new name, and now instead of System Shock 2: Enhanced Edition gamers will be able to buy System Shock 2: 25th Anniversary Remaster.

In addition, it was decided to release the game not only on PC and current-gen consoles, but also on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.

Nightdive said that the release date for the updated game will be announced at Future Games Show: Spring Showcase 2025, which will take place on 20 March.
