Xiaomi integrates DeepSeek AI into HyperOS: 25 devices will support the feature
Xiaomi is preparing to implement the DeepSeek AI model into its HyperOS system, giving users a new experience.

Internal tests have shown that Xiaomi's "Super XiaoAI" assistant successfully works with the DeepSeek-R1 model to significantly improve automation and response quality. Users with HyperOS 2 can activate these features with simple voice commands such as "Open Deep Thinking" or "Open DeepSeek".
The system supports both voice and text input, making it more flexible for different users. This integration allows users to complete tasks faster and easier, such as writing text, generating code, and solving complex problems.
Xiaomi confirmed that more than 25 devices will get Super XiaoAI support with DeepSeek AI integration, including the Xiaomi 15 series flagships, Xiaomi 14 series, as well as the Redmi K80, Redmi K70 lines, MIX Fold 4, MIX Flip foldable devices and Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro, Pad 7 and Pad 6S Pro 12.4 tablets.
Other brands like Huawei, Honor, OPPO, vivo, Meizu, Lenovo and ZTE Nubia are also embedding DeepSeek AI in their devices to compete with prominent AI models like ChatGPT by OpenAI, Gemini by Google.
