In Game of Thrones: Kingsroad players will face dragons, ice spiders and aggressive unicorns - a new trailer of the ambitious mobile action-RPG has been unveiled
Developers from the Korean studio Netmarble published a new gameplay trailer of the mobile action-RPG Game of Thrones: Kingsroad, in which they showed what creatures players will face.
Here's What We Know
In the project based on Game of Thrones series gamers will have to fight not only bandits and White Walkers, but also fantasy enemies, including griffins, unicorns, dragons, huge spiders and basilisks.
Each of these creatures has unique habits and combat behaviour. They are located in different locations and biomes, for example, ice spiders live in deep caves and basilisks live in the desert.
Flashback
The game is created on Unreal Engine 5, and its plot will unfold in parallel with the fourth season of the series.
Players will create their own character and make history at House Tyr, meeting iconic Game of Thrones characters including Jon Snow, Cersei, Jaime, Olenna Tyrell and Lord Varys.
The hero will take part in large-scale battles and get into the centre of political strife in Westeros, but the main danger remains the White Walkers, who will soon break out from behind the Wall.
The main emphasis in Game of Thrones: Kingsroad is on dynamic battles.
The player can choose one of three character classes - Mercenary, Knight and Assassin, and each of them has unique abilities.
When We Can Expect It
Game of Thrones: Kingsroad is expected to release in 2025 on PC, iOS and Android.
