An update on the cameras of the upcoming Oppo Find X8 Mini has surfaced

According to the latest rumours, Oppo is gearing up to launch its new Find X8 Mini smartphone in March, which will be a compact addition to the flagship Find X8 Ultra. Chinese insider Digital Chat Station has revealed new information about the upcoming novelty, namely what changes are expected in the camera system.
Here's What We Know
Earlier leaks surfaced that reported a new notification button in the smartphone, a 6.3-inch flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution and ultra-thin bezels around the screen. A new leak from Digital Chat Station confirms these specs, but also indicates that the Find X8 Mini's Find X8 camera configuration may be less powerful than previous rumours suggested.
Digital Chat Station had previously reported that the X8 Mini would feature a 50 MP main camera, a 50 MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50 MP periscopic telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom. Now Digital Chat Station claims that the Find X8 Mini's cameras will resemble the configuration of the foldable flagship Find N5, but with a few changes: 50 MP main camera, 8 MP ultra-wide (instead of 50 MP) and a 50 MP periscopic telephoto lens with 3x zoom.
Apart from the cameras, the Find X8 Mini is expected to support 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. The device will also be light and thin, weighing around 180 grams. Inside will be the flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, just like the more expensive X8 series models.
Other features include NFC support, infrared remote control, stereo speakers, X-axis linear vibration motor and ColorOS 15 based on Android 15.
