Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 has started receiving the update in the US

Samsung continues to release February security updates for its devices and now this update is available for the Galaxy Fold 4 foldable smartphone.
Here's What We Know
The new security patch is available for the US version of the smartphone with model number SM-F936U, which works on MetroPCS and T-Mobile networks. The update for this model has the number F936USQS7GYA5. The update for the Fold 4 should arrive in other regions in the coming days.
A big One UI 7 update will also be available for this model, but specific release dates are still unknown.
