"It's very cool and I'm very excited." Robert Pattinson finally sees The Batman storyline: Part II

Robert Pattinson has confirmed that he has received information about the plot of The Batman: Part II, which is currently being directed by Matt Reeves.

Here's What We Know

During the premiere of Mickey 17 in London, Pattinson spoke about the film. "Matt Reeves is a very careful writer, but I finally found out what it's about. It's very cool and I'm very excited," he said.

In an interview with Deadline, the actor also confirmed that the filming of The Batman: Part II will start filming at the end of this year.

The Batman: Part II will continue the story of Batman, played by Pattinson, and will also bring back other characters: Zoe Kravitz as Selina Kyle (Catwoman), Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth and Jeffrey Wright as Jim Gordon. However, new heroes and villains are expected to appear alongside them.

The film is not part of the new DC Universe, which is being developed by James Gunn and Peter Szafran, although they are overseeing the project.

The Batman: Part II is scheduled for release in cinemas on 1 October 2027.
