Samsung's flagship 2024 series of smartphones, the Galaxy S24, is being updated to the latest security patch across Europe.
Here's What We Know
The Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+ and Galaxy S24 Ultra, like many other Samsung smartphones, are getting a new software update that is available across Europe and comes with firmware version S92xBXXS5AYB2 (x stands for different numbers for the respective model). It includes a security patch dated February 2025 that addresses several security loopholes found in the previous software.
Unfortunately, there's nothing but security improvements in this update, but the final version of the biggest One UI 7.0 update will be available very soon and the flagship Galaxy S24 smartphones will be the first to receive it. It is quite possible that the next security patch for these smartphones will be available along with One UI 7.0.
