Insider: iPhone 17 Pro could get 7.5W reverse charging support
Apple may equip the next-generation iPhone with a useful option that is increasingly common in modern smartphones.

An insider under the nickname Instant Digital on Chinese social network Weibo reported that the iPhone 17 Pro/Pro Max could get support for 7.5W reverse (wireless) charging.
According to his reports, Apple is currently testing the feature, but he's not ready to confirm that it's the iPhone 17 that will get reverse charging at release. Perhaps the company will decide to postpone the idea until the next models are released.
But the fact that such an idea appeared at Apple not yesterday is a known fact, as a few years ago, similar rumours appeared online, in particular, even before the release of the iPhone 14, but so far the concept has remained unrealised.
