Oppo Find 5 unveiled - the thinnest foldable smartphone will be available on the global market in late February
There was a global presentation of the foldable smartphone Oppo Find 5, which is positioned as the thinnest folding gadget on the market today.

The Oppo Find N5 is 8.93mm thick when folded and 4.21mm thick when unfolded.
The company claims that "Oppo Find N5 is the only foldable smartphone in the world that has passed TÜV certification for imperceptible crease" and its depth is less than 0.15mm.
The case is protected against water and dust by IPX9/IPX8/IPX6 standards.

The Chinese manufacturer has taken care of the integration of the DeepSeek-R1 AI assistant and has implemented the ability to synchronise the smartphone with Macs, so wireless data transfer is available.
Oppo also promises four years of Android updates and six years of security patches.
The Oppo Find N5 gets a 50MP (f/2.7) telephoto lens with a Samsung JN5 sensor, 70mm equivalent focal length, 3x optical zoom and 120x digital zoom. The Sony LYT-700 sensor is used at the core. The camera setup is from Hasselblad.

The Oppo Find N5 is already available for pre-order in China and the price of the Oppo Find N5 is as follows:
- 12+256GB - 8999 yuan ($1235);
- 16+512GB - 9999 yuan ($1373);
16+1024GB + satellite connectivity - 10,999 yuan ($1510).
The smartphone will go on sale in the global market on 28 February. It is known that the price for the Oppo Find N5 16+512 GB version will be $1860 dollars.
