Galaxy S24 Ultra tore the pockets of users' jeans (photo)
Users of the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra complain that their jeans and trousers are torn because of the sharp edges of the smartphone. Photos appear on the network showing how the metal body of the phone literally cuts through the fabric.
Here's What We Know
On Reddit, the user "partyhat-red " shared a picture of one of the corners of the S24 Ultra sticking out of his jeans pocket. In the comments, other owners confirm the problem by posting photos of their own clothes with similar damage. Some people joke that tight trousers are to blame, but cases have also occurred with looser clothing.
This is not a new problem - in the past, owners of Galaxy S21 and even Essential Phone also complained about similar situations. Theoretically, using a case could solve the problem, but not everyone wants to burden an already large smartphone (6.8 inches, 162.3×79 mm) with additional accessories.
Samsung seems to have taken this into account in the Galaxy S25 Ultra - its edges have become slightly rounded, which should reduce the risk of damage. However, only time will tell how much this has improved the situation.
Galaxy S25 smartphones are already available in official Samsung stores and from partners. Prices for the models start at UAH 42,000 for the basic S25, UAH 35,000 for the S25+, and up to UAH 76,000 for the top-of-the-line S25 Ultra. The Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ are available in a range of colours: Silver Grey, Sapphire Blue, Ice Blue and Mint. Galaxy S25 Ultra is available in the following colours: Titanium Silver Blue, Titanium Black, Titanium Silver White and Titanium Grey.
