Casio launches new monochrome G-Shock GW-5000HS in the UK
Casio has officially launched its new G-Shock models - the GW-5000HS-1ER and GW-5000HS-7ER - in the UK. These watches are priced at £279 (~$353) and combine classic design with modern features.
Here's What We Know
The GW-5000HS series pays homage to the classic design of the original DW-5000C from 1983, but with important modern updates. Both models feature a rugged design with a DLC-coated steel back for increased scratch resistance. The GW-5000HS-7ER comes in a clean white colour with a plastic casing and strap, while the GW-5000HS-1ER has an elegant black look.
One of the key features of these watches is Tough Solar technology, which eliminates the need for frequent battery changes. Combined with the Multi-Band 6 radio time receiver, this watch provides accurate timekeeping with automatic signal updates.

Users can also enjoy a range of features, including water resistance to 200m, world time, five daily alarms, a stopwatch and a dual-illuminated display for enhanced visibility in low light conditions.
The new G-Shock models combine elements of nostalgia with high-quality materials. They are already available for purchase on the official G-Shock website in the UK, making them interesting for collectors and those looking for a reliable and stylish watch for everyday use.
Casio has also introduced the new Pro Trek x White Mountaineering PRJ-B001WM-1, which is now available in several European countries.
