Deep Research by Gemini is now available in Google Workspace

Google has announced the introduction of Deep Research Gemini options in its Google Workspace toolkit.
Here's What We Know
Various AI companies have already introduced their own versions of Deep Research. OpenAI was the first to introduce this feature in ChatGPT, and platforms such as Grok 3 by xAI and Perplexity have also announced their solutions. Google integrated the feature into the Gemini app this month, after several weeks of being available only in browsers.
Now, Google is extending Deep Research to Workspace, allowing users to harness the power of this tool in services such as Gmail, Docs, and others. However, the release is mainly aimed at subscribers of paid Workspace plans. To access the feature, you need to subscribe to Google Workspace Business Standard, Business Plus, Enterprise Standard or Enterprise Plus.
It's worth noting that Perplexity remains the only service that offers Deep Research for free with limited use. Grok 3 also allows you to use this feature for free, but only for a limited time.
Deep Research for Workspace is available only through browsers. Users of Google Workspace mobile apps will have to wait a little longer to take advantage of this integration. Workspace users will also get the option to select a Gemini model, allowing them to activate new experimental AI models, including Gemini 2.0 Pro Experimental and 2.0 Flash Thinking Experimental.
