Vivo is expected to introduce two new smartphones, X200 Ultra and X200s, in April 2025.

Here's What We Know

According to an insider at Digital Chat Station, the X200 Ultra promises to be a flagship Android smartphone with advanced cameras developed in collaboration with Zeiss.

The novelty will have a brighter colour palette of the back panel compared to its predecessor, the X100 Ultra, which offered a limited choice: white, titanium, and grey.

The X200 Ultra will be Vivo's answer to the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, as it features the latest mobile photography technology based on advanced Zeiss optics. However, the design of the X200 Ultra is likely to remain the same as the X100 Ultra with its distinctive round cameras. Interestingly, the new model may bring back the red colour previously used in the X Fold2, along with the traditional black and white.

As for the X200s, it is likely to be a more budget-friendly option and will also come in black or white, as well as a new purple variant that was not introduced in the X200 or X200 Pro models. Both the X200 Ultra and X200s are expected to feature improved batteries, with the X200s likely to have a flat screen.

Details about these new products will be revealed in the near future, and they will undoubtedly arouse interest among tech enthusiasts.

A month ago, Vivo revealed plans to launch a virtual reality (VR) headset that is supposed to be a competitor to Apple's Vision Pro.
