Ilon Musk gives early access to Grok 3 voice assistant that has different personalities
Ilon Musk has announced that the voice assistant feature in Grok 3 is now available in early access. Users can communicate with the artificial intelligence using natural language, making interactions more intelligent and intuitive.
Here's What We Know
In his post, Musk noted that this version is still in the early stages and may contain some bugs, but the xAI team is actively working on fixing them. Users will be able to choose between a male (Rex) and female voice (Ara) for answers, as well as add custom instructions to get personalised responses from different voice personalities.

The feature was previously only available to X Premium+ or SuperGrok subscribers, but Grok 3 is now available to all users for free. Premium subscribers will still have some perks such as faster access to the voice assistant mode.
The feature is expected to compete with other artificial intelligence voice solutions available from ChatGPT, Apple Siri and Google Assistant.
