It looks amazing: the developers of DOOM: The Dark Ages showed a small video fragment of a gloomy location

Earlier id Software studio stated that DOOM: The Dark Ages will be the darkest game of the series, and during its development game designers were inspired by "Batman: Year One".
New shots of the shooter fully confirm the developers' words.
Here's What We Know
In their social networks, the authors showed one of the locations of DOOM: The Dark Ages, where complete destruction and chaos reigns.
The presented scene in Khalim city looks incredibly atmospheric and even a little frightening.

As a reminder, the game will be a prequel to DOOM (2016) and Doom Eternal and will show how the story of Doom Slayer began when he was still serving the Ancient Gods.
DOOM: The Dark Ages will offer a huge selection of melee and ranged weapons, and some of the previous instances will be changed in favour of the new style, which, remember, refers to gothic and medieval motifs.
Each chapter of the game is divided into acts, and passing through the levels will take about an hour, but taking into account the additional content will take more time. The Dark Ages will offer the largest scale locations in the history of the series.
When We Can Expect It
DOOM: The Dark Ages will release on 15 May on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S, and will be available immediately on Game Pass.
