According to Android Headlines, CAD renders of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Flip7 foldable smartphone have been leaked online. They demonstrate the main design changes and reveal several key features.

Here's What We Know

According to the leaks, the Flip7 will have dimensions of 166.6 × 75.2 × 6.9 mm when unfolded, and 9.1 mm when folded, taking into account the protrusion of the cameras. The smartphone may become slightly taller and wider than its predecessor. This will increase the size of the displays: the main screen will be 6.8 inches, and the outer screen will be 3.6 inches.

The main camera will consist of two sensors: 50 megapixel primary and 12 megapixel ultra-wide-angle. Although the resolution will remain the same, the updated sensors are expected to have a positive impact on the quality of photos and videos.

In terms of performance, the Galaxy Flip7 may be powered by Exynos 2500 if chip production is on track. Otherwise, Samsung will use Snapdragon 8 Elite, although it is not yet known which version. The smartphone will have 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB or 512 GB storage.

The price is likely to remain the same as that of the Flip6, which may be good news for buyers.

Another important change will be a less noticeable screen bend, which should improve the user experience. In addition, the company is rumoured to improve the folding mechanism, making it even more reliable.

The official presentation of the Samsung Galaxy Flip7 is expected in the summer of 2025 along with the Galaxy Fold7.
