Samsung releases update for Good Lock: new features for Edge Lighting+ and Wonderland
Samsung has released an update for the Good Lock app and its Edge Lighting+ and Wonderland modules. Here's what's new.
Here's What We Know
The Good Lock update will make the app more stable. The version change to 3.0.10.3 fixes an issue where the app sometimes fails to launch. While users have not always experienced this issue, it's good to see Samsung fix it.
The Edge Lighting+ module received an update to version 7.0.00.12, which fixes another important bug. According to Samsung, this change fixes "an issue that causes the app to close unexpectedly during effects processing when running on devices with One UI 7".
The Wonderland module has also received an update to version 1.6.07, which will bring several innovations for Galaxy S25 and S24 owners. Firstly, it is now possible to set wallpapers for the lock screen only. Secondly, when choosing a wallpaper, you can now see a real-time preview of the background. Third, the app now automatically adjusts the font colour to match the wallpaper for better visibility. Fixed an issue where videos could not be added to wallpapers.
How To Switch It On
To get the latest updates for Good Lock and its modules, go to the Galaxy Store, select Menu, Update, and click the Update All button in the top right corner of the screen or the update icon next to each app.
