You won't have to go through Days Gone all over again: the developer has confirmed that the remaster is compatible with saves from the original game

Despite all the scepticism of gamers about the need to release a remaster of Days Gone, the updated version of the 2019 biker zombie action game has aroused a lot of public attention.
Many people were interested in the question whether it is possible to continue the passage started in the original game when switching to the remaster, and the developers gave an answer to it.
Here's What We Know
Bend Studio has confirmed the ability to import saves from the PlayStation 4 version of Days Gone into Days Gone Remastered on PS5.
Pick up where you left off in Days Gone on PS4 by importing your save data to #DaysGoneRemastered on April 25th.

Gamers will not have to go through the game again, just pay $10 for the upgrade and continue with all the new features and, as the developers claim, improved graphics, which many gamers found worse than in the original.
As a reminder, those who got Days Gone with a PS Plus subscription will not be able to upgrade the game cheaply and will have to buy Remastered for the full price.
In addition to graphical improvements, Days Gone Remastered will also offer new content, including:
- permanent death mode;
- speedrun mode;
- enhanced photo mode;
- additional accessibility settings;
- Horde Assault arcade mode, which will allow you to face off against even more Infected.
When We Can Expect It
Days Gone: Remastered will release on 25 April on PlayStation 5 with PlayStation VR2 support.
On PC, the new content will be sold as Broken Road DLC.
