Amazon has significantly updated its Alexa voice assistant by integrating generative AI into the programme.

The new version is called Alexa+ and is available only with a paid subscription.
The assistant has become better able to interact with devices for Smart Home, is able to book tickets and seats in restaurants, call a taxi, order food and much more.
Alexa+ will remember the user's preferences, remind him about important things to do, monitor compliance with the diet, offer films and TV series taking into account the wishes.
Amazon has introduced an Alexa Plus plan specifically for the updated assistant, which will cost $19.99, but Amazon Prime subscribers will also get access to the new features.
Alexa+ is compatible with all Alexa devices, including the Echo Show 8, 10, 15, and 21.
