The final trailer of the Minecraft film adaptation shows the antagonist of the adventure and introduces the main characters
The Minecraft film will be released in cinemas on 4 April 2025. And with a little over a month to go before the premiere, we were shown the final trailer.
Here's What We Know
The new trailer shows humorous moments, including Jason Momoa's character fighting a chicken, and introduces the audience to the main antagonist Malgosha, the leader of the Pygmies from the Underworld, voiced by Rachel House.
The film is directed by Jared Hess (Nacho Libre) and stars Jason Momoa, Jack Black, Emma Myers, Jennifer Coolidge and others.
The story follows four characters who enter the world of Minecraft through a portal, a cubic universe where survival depends on creativity. Together with the experienced craftsman Steve (Jack Black), they must not only find their way home, but also protect the world from dangers such as zombies and pygmies.
However, so far, people on the Internet have been sceptical about the project and think that it should have been a fully animated film. But thanks to its huge fan base, the film has a good chance of raising a lot of money.
