Activision has teased the upcoming "Verdansk Collection", which is due to appear on 10 March, in a pop-up window in the Call of Duty merchandise store. This announcement has sparked speculation that the iconic Verdansk map, which was removed from Warzone in 2021, will return. Fans are eagerly awaiting the official announcement, with many expecting a return on 20 March, which will mark five years since the map's debut.

Here's What We Know

The Verdun Collection promo features the familiar image of the map's snowy landscapes, including the crashed plane Images of the crashed plane in Verdansk and the dam Image of the dam on the map of Verdansk that fans will recognise. However, while many are excited about the potential return of Verdansk, some prominent figures in the Warzone community have expressed concerns about the game's ongoing performance, stability and cheating issues, questioning whether these issues will be resolved in time.

Despite these concerns, the hype for the Verdansk Collection continues to grow, and players are hoping that the release on 10 March will shed more light on what's to come.
