Casio has introduced new G-Shock GA-2100AS models in Europe. The GA-2100AS-2A and GA-2100AS-5A models are now available in the Netherlands, France and Spain for €119.

Here's What We Know

These watches are part of the Oasis of Day and Night series, which was released in Japan last month. The GA-2100AS models feature Carbon Core Guard technology for greater durability and water resistance to 20 bars. They show the time for 48 cities around the world and feature an automatic calendar that runs until 2099.

Other features include a stopwatch accurate to 1/100th of a second, a countdown to 24 hours and five daily alarms. Additionally, the watch is equipped with dual LED backlighting for the dial and digital display. It is easy to read even in low light conditions.

Casio said that the SR726W batteries provide up to three years of operation. The GA-2100AS-2A has a navy blue case and resin strap, while the GA-2100AS-5A comes in a desert-inspired sand colour. Both models are complemented by blue and green accents, symbolising a lake in an oasis.

These models are currently available in Europe, but it is not yet known when they will be available in other regions, such as the US or the UK. In addition, it is unclear whether the other models in the series, the GA-110AS-2A and GA-110AS-5A, will be available in Europe.

Casio is also preparing to launch a new series of Edifice EFR-575 watches in Europe. The EFR-575D-1A, EFR-575D-2A, EFR-575L-7A, and EFR-575CL-3A models have already appeared in the brand's online stores in several European countries and are marked as "Coming soon".
