Samsung has unveiled a concept of an unusual foldable OLED display with high resolution and brightness up to 5000 nits

Samsung continues to demonstrate interesting developments in the field of ultra-modern displays.

Earlier at MWC 2025 the public was presented with a Samsung has revealed a concept Flex Gaming console that folds in half Flex Gaming, which folds in half. Now the South Korean tech giant has shown another interesting device.

Here's What We Know

Samsung brought to the Barcelona show an unusual foldable OLED display with a diagonal of 18.1″, a resolution of 2000×3664 and a density of 184 ppi.

The display connects to almost any device and serves as an additional monitor, and if necessary, it can be folded in half and placed in a special case.

The gadget is called Flexible Briefcase and uses On-Cell Film (OCF) technology, which increases brightness to 5000 nits and reduces power consumption.

It is not yet known whether Samsung will go for mass production of such displays, but they could get quite a wide application in many fields.
