Apple has announced some great news for those who were planning to play Assassin's Creed Shadows on a Mac.

Here's What We Know

The release of the new game set in feudal Japan will take place on Mac at the same time as its release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S|X and PC.

Thus, Mac users with Apple Silicon processors will be able to start the action already on 20 March, but to use the ray tracing function you need a computer with an M3 or M4 chip. Later Ubisoft promises to port Assassin's Creed Shadows to current iPad models as well.

The game is already available for pre-order on the Mac App Store for $70.
