Google integrates AI Mode into search for Google One AI Premium subscribers

Google is preparing for changes in its search service. The company is launching a new AI Mode feature that will add a separate tab with a chatbot that answers queries using artificial intelligence.
Here's What We Know
This tool, based on the Gemini 2.0 model, aims to improve search by providing more accurate and structured answers to complex questions.

AI Mode will be available for Google One AI Premium users, who will be able to try out the new feature today. This mode uses a special "query fan-out" technique to perform multiple searches simultaneously across different sources and topics. The tool will also use the Knowledge Graph system to supplement the information found online.
The innovation features a user-friendly interface that allows you to ask additional questions and get more comprehensive answers.
Google Search vice president Robbie Stein noted that the company strives to make search as convenient as possible for users. According to him, AI Mode is a response to user requests after the AI Overviews feature gained popularity among billions of people.
For example, if you ask to compare different sleep trackers, the system can generate a comparison table. There will also be an increased emphasis on information sources, including links to websites with vivid images.
For Google One AI Premium users, the new mode is available on PCs and mobile devices.
AI Mode, similar to Deep Research, will process queries quickly, providing users with answers in a few seconds. The company plans to expand the functionality in the future.
