Sony launches PlayStation 5 rental in the UK, with prices starting at £11 per month

Sony has partnered with British company Raylo to offer a new rental service for PlayStation 5 consoles and accessories.
Here's What We Know
The rental is available through the PlayStation Direct website in the UK and offers several options:
- PS5 Digital Edition - £10.99 per month.
- PS5 with disc drive - £11.99 per month.
- PS5 Digital Edition with two controllers - £13.49 per month.
- PS5 Pro - £18.95 per month.
In addition to consoles, you can rent accessories, for example:
- DualSense - £7.99 per month.
- PlayStation VR2 - from £18.49 per month.
- PlayStation Portal - £6.49 per month.
Renters can choose a short-term plan with the option to cancel at any time or a long-term lease (12, 24 or 36 months) that offers reduced monthly payments.
This programme may be a solution for those who are not ready to purchase a PlayStation 5 or accessories. However, such a service will attract new players to the PlayStation ecosystem.
