Here's What We Know
In particular, Pixel 8 Pro owners have reported display flickering and a sudden drop in brightness every 10 seconds when watching videos. Some users have found a temporary solution to the brightness problem by reducing the screen refresh rate to 60Hz, but this is only a partial measure.
Audio issues in the form of abrupt volume changes have also appeared, especially when playing music and videos. In addition, it is reported that the vibration of smartphones has also become unusually strong. Google has already acknowledged the problem and is working on a fix. As a temporary solution, the company recommends users to adjust the vibration settings in more detail via the settings menu.
Reports of the glitch are being actively discussed in the Google Pixel community and users are expecting a fix to be released soon.
