What has changed in 26 years: the developers of Amerzone: The Explorer's Legacy showed a detailed comparison of the remake and the original quest
French publishing house Microids presented another trailer of Amerzone: The Explorer's Legacy - remake of one of the best quests in the history of video games by the famous artist and screenwriter Benoît Sokal (author of the famous quest series Syberia).

This time the developers focused their attention on how the game has changed in comparison with the original version of 1999.
Amerzone: The Explorer's Legacy is created on Unreal Engine 5 with the use of the most modern technologies, so graphics, lighting and detailing reached a qualitatively different level.
The authors tried to leave the main elements of Amerzone unchanged, but to make them a little more convenient and understandable, so the interface became more modern and intuitive, and the appearance of some locations was slightly changed to improve the gameplay. Atmosphere and visual design of Amerzone: The Explorer's Legacy remained almost unchanged, which is only for the best.
The developers reported that the pre-orders have started on all platforms, and the standard and Deluxe editions with digital bonuses are available.
When We Can Expect It
The updated game will be released on 24 April on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
