NEXON and Neople have announced that their souls-like game The First Berserker: Khazan has officially gone gold. This means the completion of the main stage of development, and now the game is at the stage of final polishing before the release, which is scheduled for 27 March 2025.

The First Berserker: Khazan is a hardcore game set in a dark fantasy world. Players have to take on the role of Khazan, a great general of the Pell Los Empire who survived death and embarks on a journey to uncover a conspiracy against him and take revenge on his enemies. The game's plot involves fighting imperial forces, surviving in hostile conditions, and uncovering the secrets of the past.
The game has a bright cel-shaded visual style and is inspired by cult manga such as Berserk. Thematically, The First Berserker: Khazan also draws elements from the Souls series and classic action games like God of War.
The First Berserker: Khazan will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam.
