Here's What We Know

Owners of iPhone 16e massively report problems with Bluetooth. Judging by discussions on forums and social networks, connection with wireless headphones is periodically interrupted for 1-2 seconds, which is especially annoying when listening to music.

Attempts to fix the problem by rebooting, resetting settings or even rolling back to factory settings do not yield any results. Moreover, some users have had their devices replaced in Apple's official services, but Bluetooth malfunctions have also appeared on the new iPhone 16e.

So far, the main version remains a software failure, but Apple has not made official statements on this matter.

What to do.

Since replacing the device doesn't help, and the problem is probably software, the only thing left to do is to wait for an iOS update that might fix the bug. You can try temporary solutions:

  • Disable and re-enable Bluetooth
  • Try different headphones (but not sure if it will help)
  • Use wired headphones if the option is acceptable

If the bug proves to be widespread, Apple will likely release a fix quickly. But for now, patience and hope.
